Our standard minimum order quantity is one full case of the item listed on our website. A $10 small‑order fee applies to product totals under $50.

Custom items follow manufacturer‑specific minimum order requirements, which vary by product. We will confirm the exact minimum quantity for each custom item during the quoting process.

Yes, we offer samples so you can review the quality and finish before placing a bulk order. This helps ensure the packaging aligns with your brand and product requirements.

U.S. sample orders include a $7.50 + tax shipping and handling fee, and Canadian sample orders include a $15 + tax fee. Samples will be shipped after the applicable shipping and handling fee has been received. If preferred, we can also ship using your own carrier account number.

Sample orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, though processing times may be longer if an item is out of stock or inventory is limited.

Glass is fragile, and although we pack all orders carefully, breakage may still occur during transit. Please report any damaged items within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the products and shipping box. We will review the claim and issue a replacement or credit as appropriate.   Returns for unused, undamaged glass items may be accepted in full‑case quantities and are subject to a 20% restocking fee after inspection. All items must be in their original, unopened packaging, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.   For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.
